Kerr’s roots started 90+ years ago, with a simple mission: crafting from the simplest of nature’s ingredients. It all began with Frank Kerr, the man behind the company name, and his passion of preserving fruits’ essence in jams and jellies. Breaking conventional barriers at the time, Kerr evolved to introduce revolutionary juice concentration tech—now the core of our business.
Today, we proudly continue the Kerr legacy, delivering outstanding fruit and vegetable juices, purees, essences, and distillates. Every creation, each beloved blend, maintains the authenticity and integrity of the raw fruit and vegetable we source.

In 2015, Kerr Concentrates joined the Ingredion conglomerate, elevating our capabilities to deliver clean and simple ingredient solutions. With more than 27 locations worldwide, we’re able to tap into the Ingredion Idea Labs® innovation center network to bring consumer-preferred innovation to expand our customers’ capabilities even further.

Nestled in Salem, Oregon, Kerr by Ingredion’s facility ensures proximity to raw fruit and vegetable sources. The production plant includes an onsite advanced evaporation system for concentrated juices and purees and a cutting-edge R&D lab to provide continuous support and monitoring for customers’ tailored solutions.
In Oxnard, California, Kerr is at the heart of a prime strawberry growing region. With access to thousands of acres of high-quality berries, we expedite the journey from fields to facility, quickly processing for the freshest fruit flavors consumers can imagine.
